Strategic Human Capital Management Program (SHCM)
The Strategic Human Capital Management Program (SHCM) helps organizations improve the quality of their human resource management systems and application of human capital through:
- alignment of their human resource policies and practices with their organizational strategies and missions;
- conducting benchmarking studies, literature reviews, and market pay surveys;
- workforce planning and accurate identification of human capital gaps and priorities;
- development and implementation of appropriate human resource management solutions, including compensation systems, job classification methods, competency models, leadership development plans, and selection processes;
- development of human resource metrics, human resource scorecards, and return on investment (ROI) analyses;
- evaluating customer satisfaction and customer service delivery; and
- conducting program evaluations to analyze the effectiveness of human resource management systems and the use of human capital
