NBC-CAM sponsors the Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®), a nationally accredited certification program for entry-level community association managers. HumRRO has worked with NBC-CAM since 1995 to ensure that the CMCA® measures the most current and critical knowledges that entry-level managers need to successfully perform the job. When the program launched, HumRRO conducted a systematic role delineation study to identify important job tasks and the knowledges needed to perform those tasks.

Certification Testing

Article Image

Since its founding in 1951, HumRRO has provided services related to the design, development, use, and analysis of personnel and occupational tests and assessments. An estimated 85 percent of HumRRO's projects involve job analysis and/or testing to meet a variety of needs. The requirements for developing a certification program are very similar to those for traditional selection tests; thus, HumRRO's increased involvement in this arena over the past decade has been a natural evolution.
