Biography/Blurb

Debbie Marcum joined HumRRO in 1973 after graduating from Spencerian Business College. She provides management support for the program manager and research staff and coordinates division and administrative work. Ms. Marcum supervises clerical staff, prepares forms and records in support of office management, ensures accurate financial dealings and quality product purchases with vendors, makes travel arrangements for personnel in compliance with Federal Travel Regulations, assists in the budgetary and technical preparation of proposals, and manages the production and technical editing of reports and training products in compliance of contract requirements. Ms. Marcum has expertise in Microsoft® Office Excel®, Word®, and PowerPoint®. Ms. Marcum is currently serving as the lead technical editor for the Army's Future Combat System (FCS) program Package 27 training support package (TSP) development effort. She has sole responsibility for producing Package 27 writing conventions, tracking progression of TSP materials, and final editing and production of TSP products.
