Biography/Blurb

Mr. Papadimitriou is a senior software systems engineer in HumRRO’s Strategic Performance Improvement and Evaluation Program.  He has over ten years’ experience as an information technology (IT) manager and in developing software systems for web-based applications. He offers expertise in advanced planning and coordination of complex projects, managing project financials, assuring quality systems, and managing teams. He specializes in GUI design and development, and his research interests include usability and web software engineering, and service-oriented architectures. His computers skills cover a variety of platforms and technologies and a range of tools for software development, and graphics. His software development skills include Java, JSP/Servlets..NET, ASP, PHP, C/C++, SQL, Socket & TCP/IP programming, Web Services (SOAP/WSDL/UDDI), UML, XML, JavaScript, ADL-SCORM, 508-compliance, and D/HTML. His graphics expertise includes CSS, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, Visio, AutoCAD, ImageReady, and Acrobat. His platform experience includes Windows, Unix/Linux, J2EE, J2ME, IIS, and Apache/Tomcat systems.

Finally, Mr. Papadimitriou has extensive experience with web based frameworks that include Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, Open X server, Facebook Development, and Google Apps.  He contributes as a team leader to ongoing projects with his extensive background in web-based application development, testing, database architecture and design, and graphical interface creation. Additional duties include assisting in research data collection and providing project leadership through proposal management.
